Chick Fil-A Recycling
Challenge: Recover and recycle all Chick Fil-A chicken chopper machines from all Chick Fil-A locations in the United States within one-month.
Result: All choppers removed from 1300+ stores one week before deadline.
Laboratory Logistics Network Design
Challenge: Design and implement a multi-state logistics network with a 5-hour laboratory specimen collection and transportation window for next-morning patient results.
